China Customs Advanced Manifest (CCAM) | New Regulation Effective June 1, 2018

Effective June 1, 2018, the General Administration of Customs China (GACC) will implement Order No. 56 to adjust the advanced Manifest rule. This will ensure smooth customs clearance and effectively strengthen customs implementation of safe entry and risk prevention for imports and exports into and out of China.

In order to ensure there are no delays with China Customs clearance, please comply with the following regulatory requirements for all of your air and ocean shipments into and out of China.

Full details of the shipper and the consignee (including the enterprise code) are required 24 hours prior to cargo loading onto the vessel or aircraft, sailing and departing into and out of China’s mainland ports.
